The Women In Media Holiday Toast ’24 fundraiser completes the year with the inspiration, glamour, and warmth of the holiday season. Join us in celebrating the legendary women who work behind the scenes as department heads, artists, and technicians. This is our time to raise a glass to the legendary craftspeople shaping the film and television we love.

The Holiday Toast has earned a reputation for excellence, attracting key decision-makers and industry leaders eager to meet our distinguished honourees, toastmasters, and community. All are welcome!

This year’s silent auction will be via the Givebutter app, and many prizes will be on display for winners to take home with them at the event. All winning bids are final. We are a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organisation, so check with your tax preparer regarding a deduction.

Hotel Accommodations

If you would like to stay at the hotel Sofitel for December 6th or 7th, we have arranged for a special rate of $239 per night (plus $48 per night “Urban fee” and tax. $71 overnight valet parking, if applicable.)

Talk to in-house reservations and ask for the Women in Media courtesy block to get the discounted rate. Discount Rate expires Wednesday Nov 27,  2024 (this is set by the hotel and is a hard deadline).
