Cooke announces the departure of non-executive chairman and board advisor, Kees Van Oostrum.
After five successful years supporting the company, Kees will be stepping down from his role to focus on his filmmaking, teaching, and other business ventures.
During his tenure, Kees played a pivotal role in several key initiatives at Cooke, including the development of the Varotal Zoom lenses and the company’s strategic expansion into the mirrorless market with the SP3 range.
