In Memory of Tony Spratling BSC

Please join Diana, family, friends and the BSC at the North Lodge, Pinewood Studios on Saturday 16th July at 12 – 4pm for a get together in memory of a dear colleague and friend Tony Spratling BSC.

Tony served 26 years on the Board of Governors of the BSC taking on the presidency of the society between 1988 to 1990.

Tony Spratling BSC was involved in all aspects of the camera department on many well-known films. They include: The Dirty Dozen (1967, DP Edward Scaife) as the second unit operator; Alfred The Great (1969, DP Alex Thomson BSC) as the main unit operator, and the successful TV series The Persuaders (1971-1972) as DP, with James Devis BSC as his operator.
