Fujifilm Corporation recently announced the Fujinon Premista 19-45mm T2.9 wide-angle zoom lens. It is the third model to join its Premista series of zoom lenses for cinema cameras supporting large format sensors and celluloid film. The new Premista 19-45mm, complements two other longer Fujinon zoom lenses, and has been designed to meet the demand for zoom lenses to efficiently capture images by avoiding the need to change primes. It is scheduled for release in early 2021.
As with the Premista 28-100mm and Premista 80-250mm, the new lens produces images with natural bokeh, high resolution, accurate colour rendition, and controllable flare with minimal ghosting for capturing high dynamic range.

As with other the other lenses in the Premista series, the Premista 19-45mm supports Zeiss eXtended Data and Cooke /i technology, allowing lens metadata to be recorded during shooting.
