Launching on 16th–17th October 2026, alongside the international film activity taking place in Rome, CineVerse Roma marks the first partnership between Eurocine and the Associazione Italiana Autori della Fotografia Cinematografica (AIC) , bringing together the global film community at the iconic Cinecittà Studios for a new chapter in cinematic imagination.
Commenting on the announcement, newly elected AIC president Daniele Massaccesi said:
“Inside the timeless soul of Cinecittà, we are opening a new chapter for cinematic imagination. The CineVerse is born where dreams, light, and storytelling have shaped generations of filmmakers, and from this sacred place we look toward the future without ever losing the poetry of human vision. As president of the AIC, I believe technology must never replace emotion, artistry, or humanity — it must elevate them. The CineVerse is our invitation to dream bigger, create fearlessly, and build a bridge between the legacy of cinema and the infinite possibilities of tomorrow.”
Rob Saunders, co-director of Eurocine and SCS Concepts and Exhibitions Ltd, said: “We are delighted to be working alongside AIC to deliver Cineverse Roma this October at the iconic Cinecittà studios. This is a place for the global film industry to gather in an amazing location, and we are excited to work alongside the recently elected president Daniele Massaccesi and his board. Cineverse will combine an Expo with masterclasses and seminars, plus support the AIC vision for developing new talent and processes.
Together, Eurocine and AIC aim to shape CineVerse Roma into an inclusive meeting point for cinema heritage and the future of visual storytelling.
