Cooke Optics appoints Adrian Keane as chief financial officer

Bringing over 30 years of multi-sector financial expertise to the role 

Cooke Optics has appointed Adrian Keane to the role of chief financial officer. Reporting to CEO Tim Pugh, Keane will be responsible for all financial aspects of the business as it continues to grow operationally and geographically.

With over 30 years of financial and commercial experience at the highest levels across a range of industry sectors, from manufacturing to transportation, Keane has a proven track record of delivering and managing strategic business growth. His most recent role as group finance and commercial director for AWS Electronics Group gave him responsibility for the finance, strategic supply chain, legal and commercial functions in a complex manufacturing business, and he oversaw significant business restructuring and growth over his 13-year tenure. He is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Studies.
